Crown Reef Beach Resort And Waterpark Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach

My stay at the Crown Reef Resort left me with mixed feelings. The amenities and facilities, especially the pools and the beach access, were fantastic for a family getaway. However, the check-in process was lengthy and poorly organized, and the condition of the rooms was less than ideal, lacking cleanliness and proper maintenance.

Our stay at the resort had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the beach access was fantastic for our family, and the late lunch activities were a hit with the kids. However, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room left much to be desired, which significantly impacted our overall experience. While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, several issues, including the noise from the airport and poor lighting, made it hard to fully appreciate our time there.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this resort! It’s great for families with tons of activities and amenities right on the property. We loved the multiple heated pools and the easy beach access. However, the indoor pool could definitely use some updates, especially near the hot tub area, and I did notice a few roaches in the bathroom during our stay.

I had high hopes for this resort, given its beautiful ocean views, but sadly, the experience was quite disappointing. While the hot water and pressure in the bathroom were great, the overall condition of the place really needs attention. The rooms felt outdated and were not well-maintained, and the dining service was frustratingly slow despite the staff's efforts. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid for the stay.
